Jamie Dominic Monas is an American model and a musician. This stunning guy is from Boston, Massachusetts but is originally from Nashua, New Hampshire where he was born in 1986. He now divides his time between New England and NYC.
He has a unique look underlined by his ice cool blue eyes. Jamie has also an amazing physique and in my opinion he is the perfect combination of beefy and boyish! Jamie has worked with some of the best photographers around, including Rick Day, Tony Duran, Alek & Steph, CS Photography.
Dominic has been singing from an early age, but his life as a model is what got him the attention. After signing with Silver Model Management in New York, he quickly landed several modelling jobs including a campaign for Undergear brand.
Dominic’s first shoot was in 2008 with photographers Steven Gomillion and Dennis Leupold where he went blond for the photoshoot. He also became a favorite of established photographer Rick Day. His photoshoot with Rick Day is as close as porn as possible without revealing the goods! But it leaves little to the imagination as regards to big a big boy Jamie really is!
In 2009, Dominic moved to New York to focus solely on writing songs including Yesterday Never Forgets, Three Word Confession and One of a Kind, just to name a few.
Dominic has often cited artists like Kurt Cobain (Nirvana), Brandon Byod, Mike Patton, Daryl Palumbo (Glassjaw), John Legend as his influences. He says his goal is not to look for a ‘record deal’ or write ‘hits’.
Jamie wrote in his myspace profile:“I write and play the music that I love with my best of friends. I am just an honest musician out of Nashua New Hampshire. If I make it big awesome. If I don’t that’s awesome too. My main goal is to touch the hearts of a lot of people along whatever path I take”
Jamie was the cover boy of German gay magazine Manner in June 2009. He also features in Bello Mag Summer Heat, shot by Alek & Steph.
